What is Learning Management System (LMS)?
The Trust Training Cooperative (TTC) LMS is a collaborative effort from the University of Alaska, the Mental Health Trust Authority, and Trust Beneficiary providers statewide. It is a web-based catalog of both face-to-
face and distance training opportunities in the state of Alaska.
Components include:
- An online catalog of available trainings and conferences
- On-line registration
- Web-based software tools designed for planning, delivering and managing learning events
- Online, virtual classroom, and instructor-led courses

Technical Assistance and Student Support
Students across the state are balancing work, family and classroom commitments. They appreciate the opportunity to interact with their peers and share life and work experiences though distance delivered educational methods. We are committed to their success.
Supporting Students:
- TTC provides student support to access learning though a variety of distance delivery methods
- The technical assistance needed to work with new technology
- A bridge between instructor, agency, funding opportunities and the student.
How do we support the workforce?
- TTC staff works with community based content experts to develop learning materials for distance delivered trainings
- TTC staff supports individuals serving Trust beneficiaries to access the LMS for staff development
TTC offers assistance with:
- Course management
- Technology tools that include: audio and video conferencing, Elluminate Live (E-Live) web conferencing, Discussion boards, Moodle
