Charlie Adams, of Leading Edge Consultants, provides this 3-day training institute involving sharing of information, group activities, and insights into successful strategies for developing leadership skills and supporting your frontline support staff. Specific areas that are covered include: Mission, Values & Vision, Organizing Teams, Planning to Sustain, New Staff-Orientation Strategies & Recruitment/Retention, and Supporting Staff-Mentoring, Motivation and Recognition. Opportunities to share with your peers and network happen throughout the three days of training.
Four audio-conferences and all homework assignments are required for completion of the Institute reimbursement of $150 of the registration fee ($375). The audio-conferences provide an opportunity for networking with your peers on assignments and your real-life work situations and leadership challenges that occur in the field of supervision and in leadership roles.
